very quiet when driving

Michelin quality is undeniable. Many car manufacturers use them as their factory fitted tyres including Toyota. My Toyota Aurion was fitted with Michelins when I purchased the car 10 years ago and are still used on many of their models . I have only had the e primacy tyres for a short time. At this stage the performance is acceptable, the quietness is outstanding but the ride quality is a little on the firm side. I think this is due to the fact that these tyres are also designed for electric vehicles and therfore are designed to carry more weight. So far I'm happy with these tyres.

Good tyres, high quality, great grip, nice soft ride. But not as quiet on course chip surfaces as I hoped, although better than factory issue tyres. Thanks tyresales, no hassle experience ??

Great tyre, low road noise, great corner handeling. Would recommend this tyre.

Spoiler Alert: these are the best tyres I've ever been near. I agonised for months over reviews and pricing for all the various tyres on the market, having never spent real money on a set before it was quite a daunting experience. Then there's the small matter of being able to actually source the tyres you read about in reviews. All my searching eventually lead to the Primacy which, over and over, were declared by drivers around the world as the best all-weather grip and by far the most resilient. Most of our driving is in the country over dirt and rocks, and on long stretches of highway. This in all conditions from freezing to flooding and blistering heat. That's why I wanted a line-of-best-fit through the lot, and sufficient longevity, to justify the expense. One added concern was the unqualified resistance from my peers. See, I have recently purchased a Rover 75 - a car which originally came fitted with Continental comforts. The local Rover Club was unilaterally opposed to these tyres. To be somewhat conciliatory, though they were wrong, one concern was warranted - the Primacy are harder on the road than probably most tyres you're used to. Certainly, I would say, moreso than the Continentals. Having said that, I learned to drive in a Falcon XB with Desert Duelers and the top ripped off, I like a bit of rough-and-tumble. The Michelins let you feel the road without rattling your teeth out. They also let you do a 180 on a busy highway, flat-out from a standing-start, and get to top speed before anyone can notice what's just happened. Not that I condone such behaviour of course, but my god it's fun. Or, uh... so I'm told.

I always try to get Michelin tyres as I believe they are the best, hard to find in store but when you do you'll be glad you did. Great for all road conditions and a long life.
