Tyresales.com.au says there will be someone calling up to confirm the appointment but the location I picked DVG Prosser Toyota Canning Vale did not call at all and I had to call them to confirm the appointment. Nothing good happened after I got four of my tyres being replaced at the place. What a coincidence, one of the tyres was punctured just a short drive after I drove from the service centre back to my house. This is the usual route that I have been using for so long time and there was no road side construction happening during that time. Brought the tyre back to them, they said they would fix the puncture (maybe cost money). Finally, they said it's free and thoroughly checked to make sure it does not lose any more pressures and suggested to me that the fix should last lifetime unless if another puncture occurs again. But my tyre is still losing pressure, I have to go to petrol station to fix the pressure every week. Called them up to make another appointment, was told that he had emailed one of the staff and would follow up with me right away on Monday. It's been more than two weeks and I'm still yet to hear from them. To me, this is just sounds like a coincidence that the tyre was not a defect product but there is no way for me to prove this at all. and no, things that originally saves me 100-150 dollar when compared to rac (after member discount) now would cost me more. Definitely not coming back to tyresales.com.au or toyota at Canning Vale.
