How much does the fitting and balancing cost?

Rest assured, our displayed prices generally cover all aspects of getting the tyre onto your vehicle, including delivery⁺, installation^, new tubeless valves, and the responsible disposal of your old tyres.
While additional fees, such as those for delivery and installation based on your location or service type selected, may apply, these will be clearly communicated at checkout. Importantly, you won't encounter any additional charges relating to the installation of your tyres at the fitment centre, so you can sit back, relax, and have confidence that every detail is well-managed. Your seamless experience is our commitment.

Where do I get my tyres fitted?

We give you a choice for your fitting and balancing - You can use our extensive network and select a fitment centre near you or you can choose to arrange your own tyre fitting.

Can I get my tyres fitted today?

tyresales offers same day delivery and installation on selected tyres in most metropolitan areas on a Monday to Friday, as long as you order before our delivery cut-off times.

Can you fit my tyres at home or work for me?

Yes, tyresales has mobile fitters in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane that can fit your tyres at an address of your choosing.

Do you have many fitment centres?

tyresales has a large network of fitment centres Australia-wide, with hundreds of locations to choose from, and we increase that number every month. We work with the fitment centres to ensure your tyre buying experience is easy and hassle-free.

How do I book my fitment appointment?

During checkout you will select your fitment centre and your preferred date for getting your new tyres fitted. This is not a confirmed appointment, rather a note to your selected fitment centre of your preference.
The fitment centre will contact you when your tyres are delivered to confirm your fitment appointment date and time.

How will my order get to the fitment centre?

Once your order is processed and confirmed, tyresales will organise delivery to your chosen fitment centre. If you choose not to use the tyresales fitment network we will send the tyres to your specified delivery address.

What is a wheel/tyre balance?

A wheel balance ensures that the wheel and tyre weight is evenly distributed on your vehicle. If this is not done correctly your car may vibrate at higher speeds (80km and above), and will also cause uneven wear on your tyres.

What is a wheel alignment?

A wheel alignment involves using special machinery to adjust the angles of your vehicle's axles and wheels so that they point straight ahead/according to manufacturer specification.
To the naked eye, your wheels may look like they are pointing straight, but even the slightest amount of difference could be enough to cause uneven wear for your tyres. Driving onto the kerb, driving through a pothole, driving on unevenly surfaced roads - all of these things could be enough to cause your wheel alignment to be out.

Does tyresales offer wheel alignments?

Yes we do, but not at all fitment locations or on all vehicles. If a wheel alignment is available it will be offered to you during the checkout process.
If your selected fitment centre can provide a wheel alignment on your vehicle, then we will offer a wheel alignment and advise you of the cost as an Optional Extra during the checkout process.
Some of our Fitment Centres offer you a Free Wheel alignment, which will be noted during step 1 of checkout. For more details refer to our Current Prommotions page.
The wheel alignments that the fitment centre provides are only available on certain vehicle makes and models. This is because, some vehicles require different technology and longer time for completion.
If your selected Fitment Centre cannot perform a wheel alignment on your vehicle, the fitment centre must notify us and a refund of the wheel alignment will be provided. We do not source an alternative wheel alignment for the customer.
Complimentary wheel alignments are not redeemable for cash value.
