WINRUN 205/45R17 Tyre Prices

2nd set of R330 I've fitted, covered 40,000 plus on first set and hoping for the same again.

Tyres have a good tread pattern and grip in the wet.

One of the tyres punched running over a small tree, not happy, I was surprized how thin the thickness of the tyre actually was, cheap tyre, won't buy them again

Great tyres for the price. Good handling and quiet on the road. Had them for 4 months now and they are showing no signs of wear. Why pay double the price for tyres that do the same as these? I would get them again for sure.

Great and safe feeling tyre I originally only got two for the front but I blew a rear bridgestone on the highway and replaced it with a winrun and there is no difference because I am not in racing conditions and even then I'd be surprised if there was much difference. The ride is quiet, safe in torrential rain as i'm in the tropical Qld and driving 1500km in two or three days sometimes and I've done that distance six times on having winrun's all round and I've had a safe smooth quiet ride everytime. No dramas yet except for a screw in the rear left and it was plugged and stayed up and safe for the last few months now.

I am very pleased with these tyres for my Mini. Finding run flat tyres at a reasonable price can be quite disconcerting. I did my research on these tyres & can firmly state that they are real value for money. I only leaving one star blank out of five because I haven't found any peeling or slipping and they are a comfortable ride, no squeeking so it's not cheap hardened rubber, My back two are different and the winruns are the front, the rear slips in the wet a tiny bit and they cost a quarter of the price more than the winruns but the winruns have the anti-aquaplain fissures up the middle. The tire isn't as squared off as other low profiles so the edges round onto the face more and they seem a tiny bit thicker profile by sight but hardly worth noticing. They do take ten more PSI then the same profile of different tyres for some reason but I just drove 1300km on them for Easter and they were great in all conditions.

The purchase and fitting process worked fine. I bought these for my Mazda MX-5 and while they were on the lower end of the price range I did not notice any performance difference (and I push my convertible reasonably hard around corners). Will have to see about long term wear though.

I've read lots of bad feedback about the Winrun tyres but so far, the tyres are quiet and handles pretty well on highways. Im not sure though how long will it last as its barely a month since it was fitted and the rubber compound is quite soft.
